Iris still maintains good service even though I have not actually given her any business. My case is sometimes inconvenient for Iris because I relocated many times to different countries, i.e. Malaysia, United States, and Taiwan. Recently, I wanted to set up the online APPs to access my account. However, I only passed by Singapore and we need to settle everything during my stay in Singapore, Iris worked patiently with me for a few hours, including driving me to the customer service center and help me asking questions and dealing with all the forms.
