I was actually transferred to Iris because the original agent had resigned from AIA. Iris still maintains good service even though I have not actually given her any business. My case is sometimes inconvenient for Iris because I relocated many times to different countries, i.e. Malaysia, United States, and Taiwan. Recently, I wanted to set up the online APPs to access my account.
